Of the two I recognize (I too am not familiar with Vashyron or Resonance of Fate), I’d trust Duke to at least be competent in the proper use of firearms. Sure, he’s a 90s action hero unstuck in time these days, but he’s at least competent with gun use, something that Cpl. Laffer there doesn’t have going for him.
